She wrote alongside an image of her kissing the newborn's hand: "Welcoming home our new bundle of love. Overwhelmed with gratitude."
The baby's gender has not yet been confirmed, but the little boy or girl will be a much-welcomed sibling for the star's two year-old daughter Ella.
