The 34-year-old said she already thinks of her boyfriend Alex Cameron as her husband, but is keen to make the union official and throw a huge bash to celebrate.
It comes after her divorce from lawyer Michael Mosberg, father of her children Rafaela, eight, and Memphis, six.
Asked if she'll be walking down the aisle again any time soon, Jemima told Grazia magazine: "For the wedding, for the party. But I always call him my husband anyway. Boyfriend isn't a real title. And I've been saying 'husband' a lot at the hospital, of course, because it has a lot more power with the nurses."
And the star said she's glad to be dating another artist, despite her initial concerns: "I am, I really am happy. I never thought I wanted to be with another artist. It just felt like it could be an explosion of narcissism, with no balance. And it can be sometimes."
