Lady Gaga has shared details from her recent engagement to Taylor Kinney, joking that she still can't believe the news herself.
Kinney proposed to his partner of four years on Valentine's Day, but they only confirmed the news a few days later. Taking to her Instagram account at the time, the 28-year-old shared a black-and-white photo of her heart-shaped engagement ring, alongside the caption: "He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!"
She has now returned to the photo-sharing site to reveal more about the diamond ring. In a new photo, Gaga reveals the underside of the ring is not a plain band. Rather, it comprises of precious stones which spell out a special message for the singer. The message is not engraved, as Kinney chose to have the letters 'T' and 'S' instead in precious stones and these have been separated by a small heart symbol. The letters stand for 'Taylor' and 'Stefani', Lady Gaga's real name, respectively.
Alongside the new image, Gaga said: "My favorite part of my engagement ring, Taylor and Lorraine [Schwartz] designed 'T [hearts] S' in white diamonds on the band. He always called me by my birth name. Since our very first date. I'm such a happy bride-to-be! I can't stop smiling!"
The singer's ring was designed by jeweller Lorraine Schwartz, who also designed Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian's engagement rings.
