Peter Andre has denied rumours that he has proposed to girlfriend Emily MacDonagh.
The reality television star hit back at the stories in his column for New magazine.
The rumours come just weeks after it was revealed the couple are expecting their first child together.
Andre, 40, wrote: "A couple of magazines published stories last week saying I am planning to propose to Emily and have already been ring shopping.
"One even claimed I am considering spending £60,000 on a ring. All I will say is that the stories are completely untrue and made up.
"People are just writing what they want. I have never discussed anything like that with anyone, so only believe what you read in my column."
Last month, it was revealed Andre and his 23-year-old medical student girlfriend MacDonagh were expecting their first child together. The pair, who first met in 2010, are said to be "absolutely thrilled" at the news.
The baby is due in the early months of next year.
The couple have been together for around a year, but they first met three years ago when MacDonagh's father performed surgery on Andre.
This will be Andre's third child as he already has a son, Junior, and a daughter, Princess, with his ex-wife Katie Price. Price, who is now remarried to builder Kieran Hayler, is currently six months pregnant with her fourth child.
