The rumours come after the 25-year-old appeared on the red carpet at the Nordoff Robbins O2 Silver Clef Awards with her fiancé Peter Andre. While there was no signs of a baby bump, Andre was spotted placing a protective hand across his partner's tummy and gazing down at it.
A source is quoted by new! magazine as saying: "It was a really touching moment. Pete was beaming and doctor Emily couldn't stop smiling. They both looked really happy and glowing."
In 2013, Andre also placed his hand on MacDonagh's stomach during a public red carpet appearance. Shortly afterwards, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together.
Neither Andre, 42, or MacDonagh have commented on the latest speculation, but they have previously said that the would like to add to their family once they marry later this year.
The couple started dating in July 2012. They announced their engagement in January 2014, just one day before MacDonagh gave birth to their daughter Amelia. While Amelia is the couple's first child together, Andre is also a father to Junior, 10, and eight-year-old Princess from his former marriage to Katie Price.
